Loved The M.E.A.T. Pizza that me, Eleanor, Amanda and Therese had designed during the exclusive tour at ALT Pizza's kitchen last night, as well as the sampling of American craft beers from The Drinkery to pair with the signature pizzas. My picks include The Hangover pizza and American craft beers on draught like the Lost Coast Sharkinator (dry hopped Cascade white IPA) and Modern Times Black House (stout infused with coffee).

Can't believe today was the first time I had Filipino food, and I'm glad to have discovered such a delish and humble cuisine! My picks are the Lumpiang Sariwa (vegetarian spring roll), Lechon de Carajay (crackling pork belly), Rellenong Bangus (stuffed milk fish), and Pork Adobo.

We were all so privileged to have learnt more about the different types of cured ham as well as witnessed the true art of jamón carving by Owner-Chef Maria Sevillano herself. I'm still thinking about the Coca de Cebolla from last night's tasting – a crispy Catalan flatbread with onions, roasted peppers, anchovies, and lots of Manchego!
