Ninja Cut's tastes wasn't always spot on. I don't really fancy the onions in this dish and I think a little tartness could be added to the crab/maybe sour cream on the side to enhance flavor of the whole dish. The Marvellous Matcha overall was also sweet in a single dimension. But Ninja Cut is doing a great job with textures. I appreciate that the rosti and Marvellous Matcha were done crispy around the edges and fluffy inside which is worth commending.

Value for money dish which has a bit of all my favorites; edamame, potato pork stir fry, salmon teriyaki, potato salad, gyoza and ebi fry. Tamako never fails to comfort me 😊

This dish was simply shiok and filling. Besides chunky chicken thigh pieces, there were also rice cakes and potatoes. The tomato soup-like gravy was sweet and the spiciness kicked in later and I couldn't stop dousing the gravy onto my rice.

I've been coming here since about 10 years ago?! Don't expect nice presentation or refined flavors here as they serve homecooked Japanese meals which are light and comforting at the same time. The grilled salmon head is one of my must-orders; meaty, juicy and only $8.80+. You won't find such a good deal elsewhere.

I've had ordered this dish countless times. Could have these comforting plump, fluffy pancakes anytime of the day.

Today is T2 staff canteen's last day of operation. I'll dearly miss the ever so comforting and reasonably priced Western food from Wild Olives. Their Grilled Catfish Fillet is $5.90 and Grilled Chicken $5.40. It's hard to find good food at this price in SG. The owners are still looking for a new stall. Till we meet again.

Tucked away on the 2nd level, the outlet was extremely quiet. Was surprised that they offered only 3 types of rosti; I'm not sure if they can sustain. The rosti was done crispy on the edge. The melted Swiss cheese was light and I could taste the fragrance of the shredded potato; enough to satisfy my rosti craving. Not a fan of any type of sausages. Will go back again if they allow me to order plain rosti and.. if they are still around.

I'd always go for the Duck Berry Waffle @ $19++ when I have craving for waffles and duck confit at the same time. The waffle's texture was acceptable though not the very crispy or fluffy type. Duck confit was flavorful, and done crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. There were 2 condiments to go with the dish; I feel the honey mustard sauce goes well with the duck while the berry compote goes better with the waffle alone.
