Bakery
Nestled in the corner of Kitchener complex lies one of best Thai bread shop I had till date. The bread is soft and fluffy and it's always fresh whenever you go to the shop. The owner is the kindest person I have met in any bread shop so far and always help with choosing the best flavor. They bake the bread in tin containers as they will become flat if baked without it due to the amount of air the dough has inside. That makes the outside nice and crispy and the inside super soft and airy and it just melts in the mouth. Good time to visit the place is around 9 - 9:30 am in the morning when the bread just come out of the oven. Definitely, a must try.
When the dish came in it looked delicious. Overall the dish was tasty. The egg was a bit disappointing as it was not runny. 😶 The frozen peas on too added a nice crunch to the warm tomato based dish with sausage. The toasted warm bread was a nice compliment to the dish. Recommended for a nice cool day while its raining.
Pure indulgence. Its not overly sweet and the taste of chocolate is just right. Perfect for brunch on a summer weekend.
The famous french Canelé has come to Singapore at 302 Beach Road. Available in four flavour: Traditional (Vanilla bean and dark rum), Mediterranean (Orange zest and grand marnier), Irish (Coffee and whiskey) and Framboise ( Rasberry and brandy). These Canelé s taste something I haven't tasted before. Brown and crispy on the outside with moist and soft interior. Tastes out of this world.
