Muchachos will always be my go-to place for Mexican food, because they do an amazing lengua taco/burrito/rice bowl. Plus, they don’t stinge on their fillings so their meat to fillings ratio is always on point. “Lengua” is Spanish for beef tongue, one of the most underrated cuts of meat in my opinion. Tender with a slight chew, there’s nothing quite like it 💯💯
