Cafe Foods
I have done great injustice just by posting all these food in one collage. But I must say that this is one of the BEST cafes I have ever tried. Located in the South, the food they serve is just impeccably tasted and served! I enjoyed the truffled mash very much - something underrated but done with an interesting twist! The Fish and Chips is not your usual fish (unagi actually) and chips (one big fat potato), served sushi style! The best part of all - damage done for this meal was really really reasonable!! It is moderately-priced and cheaper than normal cafe food out there in the market!! It's definitely worth a go!
I think everyone who goes to PS Cafe in most locations would agree with me that it is a must to order their Truffle Fries because 1) it's TRUFFLE! and 2) the fries are crispy and thin shoestring fries. But do you know that you can actually request for extra cheese!? This was a first for me since I never knew about this before. This extra cheese just makes it even better as you get to enjoy more cheese with each fries you have. It is absolute yum! 😋
Dinner for tonight at Tai Cheong Bakery Cafe. Had to wait for a really long time despite waiting for a table for 1. The egg tart was a bit far from the one in HK. The yuenyang (milk coffee and tea mixed) was of an interesting taste. The main (rice with silky egg charsiew and roast pork) was a mix for me. The egg was really silky and the char Siew was nice, but there is a smell to the roast pork. I guess it might be worth to try once and try again after a long while...
Total:$14.60 (1 egg tart, yuen yang and rice)
