Stracciatella ($26++) for appetizer - it is a creamy burratta dish with heirloom tomatoes, sundried dates, and toasted breadcrumbs. I love anything burratta and I really enjoyed it but this is a bit overpriced for me

Another Yabu love: Mozzarella Katsu Sticks (PhP 270+). Perfect cheesy goodness with very crunchy panko crust. Enjoyed eating this a lot!

Lucky to have landed a seat on this newly-opened hole in the wall at Sunshine Plaza. The Big Cheese is all cheese-lovers (but who isn't, right??) would die to go to! We had the privilege to build our own mac & cheese for only $5.90! Chose feta+gouda, chicken sausage+shrimp, and bacon bits. Perfect mix 👌🏻 had to wait for quite long but totally worth it. It is served directly from the pan to their cutie box (with a metal handle).
