Wow! I could almost go vegetarian with this amazing vegetarian sweet and sour pork... Maybe if they add an equally well executed vegetarian cheese steak... Then I'll be ready to sign on the dotted line... In the meantime, O'Bean is bringing some serious heat (in the best way) to the meatless Monday set!

I just can't get enough pickles and the pickle platter at O'Bean is homemade and full of unexpected ingredients! Case in point: the wood ear mushrooms make for unexpectedly tasty pickles!

Ordered the vegetables on dry vermicelli noodles for a healthy choice and imagine my surprise when I got this plentiful rainbow medley of delicious and fresh caramelized veggies! Thanks for making eating healthy easy, Fat Saigon Boy! There's also an option to get a bowl of pho broth $2!
