We just dived into the Weekday Lunch Promo [that kicked off today] — only $1 per piece. 🤩 Let’s just say… I might have gone a little overboard and ended gobbling 20 pieces in one sitting. 😋 We sampled an incredible variety — from salmon, hamachi and mekajiki, to aburi salmon, and even bara inari. Love this old-school Cantonese tong sui spot! ❤️ Their orh ni [a.k.a. yam paste] is a real star — smooth, creamy and perfectly sweet, with that lovely drizzle of fragrant coconut milk. 😋 And the cheng tng is packed with generous ingredients and oh-so-refreshing — my perfect treat to cool down and recharge.

Unexpected joy on a sleepy afternoon after lunch at Fortune Centre — spotted a small crowd of elderly folks gathered around a little bakery and curiosity got the better of us.

Ended up with some madeleines (haven’t had many in my life) and wow… this might just be the best one ever — Soft, fragrant, with whispers of honey and orange zest — pure delight in every bite. 🍯🍊 Sometimes the best treats come when you least expect them. Thanks for the treat @shook_wai 💖
