Noodles🍜

The red spicy tonkotsu broth was really rich, flavourful and thick! You get to customise preferred flavour of broth, noodle texture and even cut of meat (pork belly or shoulder). Ordered normal for the broth but its still thicker than normal ramen broth, which i really love it👍🏻 And the pork belly chashu was such a thick generous slice. Overall serving is very generous:) Will come back again to try the original broth🍜

The noodles texture was amazing, so chewy and smooth the same time! Couldn't stop eating! And the fried wanton added some crunch and meaty goodness to my noodles. And the spring onion oil sauce made the noodles so tasty. Will be back for more noodles and definitely upsizing it🍜
