[Tiong Bahru] Perfectly seared black pepper-encrusted Tuna Tataki ($25) with a yuzu and soy vinaigrette; this Japanese-inspired dish teamed the meatiness of the fish with the citrus and soy flavours wonderfully, with some crunch and fragrance from the black and white sesame seeds.

The 18 month Bayonne Ham ($16) was delicately salty with some hints of sweetness, and a slight chewiness. The Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallops ($38) were sadly overcooked.
