The off-the-menu item that you must order at this Kyoto-born cafe: the Dirty Matcha, their Matcha Latte with a shot of espresso. In our opinion, it’s a very well balanced cuppa — smooth, subtle, divine — as the Matcha Latte alone is a little sweet.
