Dessert
I have always wanted to try this Bubble Tea “Hotpot” , a hidden gem in the east located at Blk 84 Bedok North Street 4. Finally had the chance to visit Kaca Coffeehouse, a store that sells claypot mains and Taiwanese style desserts. Initially, I visited the shop with low expectation thinking that it might be some jelat or sweetness overload bubble tea pot, but wanted to try it out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised that the milk tea shaved ice sweetness level was mild and that the different ingredients we chose kind of blend well together when we had it. The shop staff has provided us with brown sugar syrup for those who would prefer their shaved ice to be sweeter. Overall, it was a pleasant experience enjoying the bubble tea “hotpot” with friends and customising the toppings in the pot and the excellent customer service!

I have tried the Orelys Cassis & Yuzu Raspberry Cake. Personally, as I prefer citrus fruits, the light cotton vanilla sponge with layers of yuzu meringue mousse is perfect for me, not forgetting the serbian raspberries covered in valrhona ivorie!
Definitely a cafe with nice & comfortable ambience to chill and enjoy with your loved ones!

It’s my first time trying the beancurd tart from @lecafe_sg and it is legit good!
Personally, as I am not someone with sweet tooth, I find that the taste of the bean curd tart is perfect for my liking and also loving the smooth and silky texture of the beancurd filling! Thank you @hojiakstory for the yummy treat!
As the saying goes “Good things are meant to be shared”. Treat yourself to some sweet treats from @japangourmethallsora at Terminal 1 such as the mixed berry pancakes with your loved ones. Personally, I don’t have a sweet tooth, but I am a fan of berries and the warm souffle pancakes goes really well with my favourite berries and the crushed almonds added a crunchy texture to it.
There are days when you need to reward yourself to some sweet treats to keep yourself going for the long week! Recently we have just enjoyed the Chimney Pistachio ($7.50) at Good Food Coffee & Bakery located at Level 2 of Vivo City, which comes with a fluffy pistachio donut cone and homemade creamy & rich chocolate ice cream. The store uses premium Belgium Dark Chocolate with Japanese Milk without any preservative. For individuals who prefer something savoury, the store serves savoury cones such as Chimney Breakfast, Chimney Tuna / Chimney Salad which we have not had the chance to try it yet. Overall, while having the ice cream, it reminded us of “dirty buns” as it might get a lil messy, yet we have certainly enjoyed it!
I have always been a fan of muah chee and thus it is a must order dish to order the Yuzu Muah Chee ($8++) dessert from @unclekiisu .The muah chee has a light yuzu taste, tbh I am still not used to muah chee having yuzu as most of the time we usually have it with peanuts, but personally I find that it is a interesting dish worthwhile trying. Supposingly the dessert goes with coconut ice cream, on that day itself ours came with the black sesame ice cream, which I find that its not too bad a combination to enjoy them together. The portion is relatively huge, it would be good to jio a few kakis to share this together. 📍Uncle Kiisu
Happy Mother’s Day! In love with the new dessert @elemensg which they have introduced recently, “Chilled Pumpkin Puree with Coconut Ice Cream”. Personally, I find that the pumpkin puree goes really well with the purple rice base and the almond crumbs added a crunchy texture. The coconut ice cream at the same time, goes well with it. Gonna explore more of Elemen’s dessert in the future!
I have previously heard positive reviews about curious palette and finally had the chance to visit the cafe on a weekday evening.
As a fan of berries, we have ordered the berry ricotta hotcake and was told that we have to wait thirty minutes for them to prepare the hotcake. To be honest, I am not a big fan of hotcake, but the fluffy hotcakes from curious palette did not fail to surprise me. The hotcake is served with generous portion of strawberry & blueberries, pumpkin seeds and it is topped with vanilla bean ice cream. We love the hotcake with some maple syrup on it 😊.
In love with llao llao latest flavour, lotus biscuit flavour
