My go-to find at every buffet! Dig deep in for the heated fluffy portions, then layer it with the top sections filled w fruity bits and nuts. Thereafter douse it in vanilla sauce !!! Soooo sinfully good

Interesting concept of cocoa bolas (many selections available) - the way to eat it is to hammer 🔨 through your bola. Trick to it, as taught by the staff, is the wrap your bola w the paper wrap and very u glamly whack the bola with your hammer (hammer must be returned after dining of course and no you can’t bring it back home as a souvenir), turn the bola around and whack it again to ensure each side of the bola is whacked. Once you unwrap your bola, you should find them in nice pieces. Pick one with your finger and dip it into the chocolate sauce (you get to pick dark chocolate, white chocolate or milk chocolate). The bola is generally a fried ball of sugared dough - reminiscent of the childhood “twisted braid” biscuits which are deep fried in oil - those you can only find in old school provision shops these days

This’s the item on the menu which made Chin Chin popular I suppose? This drink was made “laboratory” style (at the time of visit) - watch the crew put on their lab goggles as they made magic through the lap equipments to produce the chocolate drink. Once done, it’s passed on to the next station where generous amount of marshmallow are torched and melted to produce the pictured drink. Mine’s Matcha flavoured, hence the greenish colour.

The famed chocolate house can’t go wrong with their speciality -chocolates. With a varied selection of chocolates in the house, this drink is made with pure molten Belgian chocolate, stirred into warm milk then topped with vvvv sinful whipped cream, cocoa powder, marshmallow and a chocolate straw. Watch the marshmallow melt into the hot cocoa!! Best enjoyed when you sip through the drink with your chocolate “straw” 😋 This sinful treat is vvv velvety and rich - strong cocoa flavour but not overly sweet (as ironical as it sounds) If you’ve some company, do order a slice of their chocolate cakes too! V v enticing but too much sin for one to devour alone.
