The egg salad itself was a bit dry and not as flavourful as I'd like. I prefer my egg salad to have chunkier bits of egg whites and to not be as minced, but that is a personal preference. The star was the hashbrowns!!! So tasty and the truffle tasted and smelled real, not like a lot of truffle flavoured things out there. The biscuit was super dry too, but the butter it came with was very nice.

The dumplings are so nice and chewy! The winner is the homemade cheese type for sure. Would have loved a bit more of the sour cream though!! The fried cheese pastry was ok but it was more pastry than cheese as it all melted and stuck to the sides so the inside was quite empty. Overall the restaurant doesn't seem SUPER authentic but it's a great attempt for people who want to try something very different.

Everything was SO good!! The carrot cake was so interesting and prepared differently while the soft shell crab sauce was super tasty. The winner is the pisang goreng which was basically fried tapioca in the shape of a cockle shell with banana inside!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this meal as non vegans! The winner was the Orh Luak, ours was with egg, but I think even the vegan option would have been great. Would be willing to return!!! Very flavourful:)

Amazingly well priced set menu with incredible choices at only $65!! For a celebrity chef I would have expected the price to be much more. The 'laksa' was the star dish for me as the noodles were a dry laksa but then the broth is poured around the dish enhancing the noodles themselves. I expected the eggplant salad to be more like a salad and not half an eggplant as is, but stick form falafel was a new and fun way to eat it! The kaya in the foie gras was more buttery than sweet which works better. Lastly the brownies were so good but I couldn't finish it as I was so full! Bonus: the cocktails were amazing and huge!! Worth the money. The waitstaff were so knowledgeable and helpful, they clearly know what they're talking about.

[Dishes: Sambal Four Heavenly Kings + Chincalok Omelette + Udang Sambal Petai + Blue Swimmer Crab Curry + Chef's Mum's Chicken Curry] [Dessert: Cendol Cream + Petite Kueh Kosui and Kueh Bingkah Platter + Kueh Salat]
There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said, so I'll just say it anyway: superb and delectable and flavourful and amazing!!!! My favourite was definitely the Chef's Mum's Chicken Curry but the Blue Swimmer Crab Curry was a close second. The dessert was ALSO amazing and the Cendol Cream was so incredible.

François never disappoints and the quality of his food is always excellent and consistent!! The burrata is locally made and all ingredients are fresh and incredibly tasty. Super worth visiting.

Very tasty and filling ramen paired with a perfectly cooked egg! Firm whites and runny yolk. The broth is rich with out being too jelak and the truffle aroma isn't overpowering. The added dumplings were really tasty too!!!

Real woodfired oven pizza!!! The dough was so nice and tasty, and the tomato sauce was tart and fresh- as it should be!!! I wish there was a bit more cheese but it was good quality cheese so I'm not too upset.

Best place to have chili crab hands down. Get a group of people and get a crab or two and like.. 20 pieces of mantou and go to town. The sauce is spicy but also sweet and so very eggy and delicious, and the crab is always tender and tasty and well cooked. FIVE STARS!!! Also worth ordering are the salted egg yolk green beans.

Forget starters - they are small and over priced. The main draw here is their pizza. The calzone in particular was so good!! The cheese was lovely and melty and the extra sauce on top was a great addition to the chewy folds of dough.

The Monkeyhead mushrooms were SO GOOD amd probably my favourite of the dishes we had. The sweet and sour dish was good too but a bit too sweet for me. The same for the tofu dish although I think if I didn't have the sweet and sour dish it would have not tasted too sweet. I recommend getting a few dishes to share as well as a portion of rice.
