Fine Dining

So this is the king prawn my friend ordered. It was cooked in a Thai liked sauce. Pretty appetizing but okay... won’t order again.

This is pretty standard... nothing to shout about.

I was so glad I chose this for my main because it’s so good! You do not have to use knife at all and the meat was infused with the marinations that is so flavorful. But I wished it was less sweet for my tastebud. 8.5/10!

[EDIT] After posting, I saw other reviews and realized my portion is the smallest! Was I shortchanged? Tsk. 😡

This is the Hokkaido scallop in adobo butter. I love how it was perfectly cooked and that sauce that goes along it. So much umami!

Rice was cooked al dente, squid is perfectly cooked because it’s still soft and the flavor is just right. This is best dish I had here. Yummeh!

We went for the 5 courses meal (pretty sad that they have discontinued their ala carte menu) which cost $135++. We thought it’s very worth it and service is excellent!!
