Another pasta dish from Pasta Brava is none other than the seafood spaghetti tossed with fresh squid ink. A staple for most Italian pasta places, the salty squid ink intertwines with each spaghetti, giving it a jet black gothic aesthetic. I'll say Pasta Brava's take is pretty good, though honestly, nothing could beat their saffron cream.

The pasta dish to try is none other than the Stracci Ai Gamberi E Capesante. Fresh saffron cream paired with delicious seafood, you just can't miss the iconic bright orange hue of the dish. The saffron cream sauce was a first for me and it was amazing, clinging to the flat long strips of homemade pasta that brought it to a whole new level. I'll definitely head back for more and coupled with Burpple's 1-for-1, it's a steal.
