“Maze” in Japanese means to mix, and “Soba” means noodles. You can choose either the original or spicy version. Two spicy level to choose from. 🌶 🌶 🌶 ⁣

Their mazesobas are prepared using up to 62 types of ingredients and sauces. The noodles texture is QQ like udon. The cream version is top up with a coconut and potato cream sauce. Similar to creamy Carbonara pasta sauce.⁣

The mazasoba is really good! 😋I personally prefer the original version ($12). You can also add on additional toppings and sides like ramen onsen egg , chashu, kimchi and soup.
