Knowing how the chicken soup is made without a drop of water, it made me savour the soup even more. Imagine having the Essence of chicken only! I don’t feel like the soup is surprisingly any special but it’s definitely very soothing to have, feels homey even. What special is that that dish it self is like a 2-in-1, you get to have the soup and have a mala chicken dish as well. The mala chicken isn’t very overpowering and you get to taste the dish better. This dish is worth the experience!

The poached rice is a polar opposite of the soup. While the soup is very mild, but this poached rice with prawn broth is very strong in flavor. It comes with pop rice as a topping to it. So it doesn’t just taste mushy but it come with a crunch as well! Despite having a strong umami flavor, you don’t actually feel surfeited at all! Totally recommend it!
