i really enjoyed it eaten chilled as compared to it being heated! the cream was so LIGHT and the injeolmi fragrance and taste really shined. The mochi was more rigid and firm since it is chilled and the taste of the red bean was barely there as it is overpowered by the injeolmi. The red bean provided more of a textural experience to the bun i guess? i still like it v much though, will go back and buy again!
