Japanese Hunt

I recently had the pleasure of trying Five Fortune Big Prawns Claypot and I must say, it was absolutely divine.

The broth was rich and flavourful, with just the right amount of seasonings to bring out the natural sweetness of the prawns. What really set this prawn broth apart, however, was the depth of flavour that came from the slow-cooking process. The broth had a satisfying umami taste, with hints of fresh, natural sweetness that lingered on the palate.

Had the Signature Original Pork Ribs and Oreo Milkshake. The ribs were superb! Tender, juicy and slide right off the bone. The server was very attentive to our needs too. Would visit again!

Had the Avalanche Bowl and Harmony Kombucha. The Avalanche Bowl was really huge and filling. Definitely worth a try!

Had the Slow-cooked Iberico pork jowl and Yaki Gyu Tan. The food was fantastic but the portion was a tad small. Servers were also great and always efficient, happy and polite.
