Looks good but doesn’t taste as good. Not smooth nor creamy — rather cheap chocolatey taste and icy texture. Not our favourite.

Soft and pudding-like. Kinda surprised they sprinkled black pepper on it, but it actually goes well. Interesting — sweet, tarty, peppery, creamy all at once.
Savoiardi, Coffee (decaf), Cocoa.
Simple and nicely made. The savoiardi soaked up the coffee nicely, keeping it moist. Mascarpone created a creamy layer, and the cocoa powder added depth. Nothing fanciful — very basic, the true way of making tiramisu.

Overall, just go during non-peak hours if possible but not too late, else no stock. Get their pizza! Can’t relax, chill, and eat in peace as you need to keep track of the dining time, although the staff will prompt your table. As for queueing to eat, I probably wouldn’t recommend it, hmm... maybe max 30 minutes wait. Otherwise, you wait so long and get so hungry, whatever you eat will taste awesome.

Not to confuse this pizza on the menu with NEWPOLITAN® WHITE — this is the DOUBLECRUNCH® version and it’s fantastic. I had no idea what double crunch meant, so I ordered one to try and we were not disappointed. The pizza crust basically became a subway sandwich with all the mortadella stuffing in it. The crunchiness was extreme, and with each bite gave a loud crunch before you got to enjoy the creamy, nutty, and savoury filling.
Fresh Black Truffle, Truffle Oil, Mushrooms, Fiordilatte, Taleggio, Thyme.
Deep mushroomy earthiness, fresh delicate cheesiness with subtle sweetness. Portion was good, ingredients were neatly and evenly spread, and the pizza crust was legit good. Don’t usually like thick crust, but theirs is nice and quite crispy.
Argentinian Prawns, San Marzano Tomatoes DOP, Prawn Jus, Lemon Zest, Parmigiano.
Get their pizza fast as these are the ones that go out of stock almost instantly. This seafood tomato-based pizza was seriously tangy and refreshing. I liked how they cooked the prawns to ensure the right texture and maintain the bounciness. Juicy and sweet. Must try!
Guanciale, Egg Yolk, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Black Pepper.
The right ingredients for the authentic taste and texture. Not the very creamy type you might expect, and no, the authentic version isn’t supposed to be. Flavour is there, but I felt the sauce wasn’t enough for the pasta, as the coating was rather light.
Black Truffle, Mushroom Duxelle, Parmigiano Reggiano.
Rich, creamy, and earthy pasta full of deep mushroom taste. Mix well to ensure each strand is coated nicely, then enjoy. Yummy!
Fried Calamari, Garlic Mayonnaise, Paprika.
Small, crispy, and bite-sized. Just a snack for the itchy mouth. Nothing much special.
Baked Scamorza Cheese, Mixed Herbs, Honey.
This is rather sweet than savoury. The honey basically covers the savouriness. The good thing is it’s served on a hot plate, which keeps the cheese melty for a prolonged period.
