Very, very legit. You can tell the herbs used are very different from the ones here, it's not very sweet at all and super balanced. Beef was very tender, tendon was super soft. Noodles were great too, diff from most here as well

Salted fish was extremely weak. However otherwise everything was still perfectly cooked, super light and pleasantly chewy.

Highly enjoyable

Their menu is very confusing. Thank god the ala carte menu is available during lunch. The specials menu isn't consistent either, the scanned menu doesn't reflect what it shows on the handwritten board

Food:
The bagel was good, quite fluffy and quite well caramelised on the exterior

The whipped bottarga was delicious. Good umami, there's a little bit of edge but it's forgivable

It's basically a donut, that isn't very crispy outside. Really nothing special, and very expensive

Overall, the place has some hits and misses. For a place that's actually 70bucks per pax (we alr applied the UOB 15% discount), you better order carefully to make your money worth

Yes it wasn't dry, but that's cos it's really not a scone at all lol. Its much more like a dense cake, and frankly not particularly good either.

Comes w lemon curd, clotted cream, orange jam, which were all decent
