Hands down the best tapioca cake I’ve had. On its own, each coconut-scented slice is smooth, soft and wobbly, with a hint of salt that really accentuates the flavours. The pleasure is doubly heightened when it is eaten together with the coconut ice cream and a drizzle of that intense, syrupy gula melaka.

That means half burrata cheese served with Parma ham (30-month) and Italian cherry tomatoes.

Yum. Everything comes together for a wonderful palate. Fresh and orgasmic. I got a thang for cold cuts so this is perfffff.

Juicy medium rare steak topped with rocket leaves and slices of parmesan cheese. Warning: The steak has a bit strong hint of garlic. Delicious!

Personally, I like this most as the texture of the fish is firm but not dry & the tangy lime marinade makes it very refreshing! 😋👍

These boneless shrimp paste chicken wings are so tasty and so easy to eat – the flesh of the drumlets are painstakingly peeled and stuffed into the deboned mid-joints. A sticky homemade kungpow glaze and sesame seeds complete this dish of "local buffalo wings".

This doesn't look like much but it tastes sublime. A small portion for $6 has two pieces and is served with coarse salt and a lemon wedge. Pork lovers will adore the way the full flavoured grilled meat explodes in the mouth. Throw in the textural play of super-tender soft cartilage bone with bits of guilt-inducing melting fat and therein lies a dish that will have you returning for more. Which is exactly what we did. The very next day.

roasted meats aren't my thing (I prefer grilled charred meats 😁) but these were tender and juicy. cumin was strong in the cauliflower puree. overall flavors quite heavy/rich, some lightness in texture from the cauliflower cumin chips.
