Amazing starter that stole the show, but of course what do you expect it’s from the creators of Le Amis.
Incredibly tasty wagyu slices, not so petite, just nice bite size with a portion leaving you craving... My dinner partner does not like the fact that it’s fatless and somewhat less flavourful. Love the fried Hasselback Potato which has the crisp edges of frites and the starchy core! It’s almost stole the show!
Who says only Asians served their chicken with their feet!

Full bodied cured sardines in olive oil gives you a high, like a good piece of sashimi, a foie gras tarrine and a D24 durian - so domineering, almost intoxicatingly... so good you could shout!
Not sure how this combination can come together so amazingly. The picture doesn't do the dish justice, but that's the best I could do under the circumstances of great wine, comfy lights and good company.
