Absolutely delicious! Among the three dishes we tried, this stood out as the best. Dense, mushy compressed rice served with sambal goreng, sambal chicken, and serunding. The tender chicken coated in sweet and spicy sambal was a delightful pairing with the lontong. Highly recommended! You can also opt for rendang or kicap style for the meat.
