They do offer a wide range of sashimi, and even marinated salmon sashimi. Took lots of salmon belly, scooped loads of caviar and free flow of foie gras 😍
I usually don't eat much carbs during buffet but their risotto was so good that I had seconds! Rich, creamy yet not clogging. Beef soup comes with slices of semi cooked beef that were Super soft! Pork knuckle were super crispy too!
The only letdown was probably the sirloin that was tad chewy.
