We went back for this close to 11pm to avoid the queue, although it was still filled inside the place.
There were choices with chicken, duck or pork ribs etc, all single portioned per pot. We picked chicken which was the most popular. Rice was cooked nicely and meat was tender; but HK style claypot rice just wasn't our thing compared to ours in SG. It lacked the burnt edges, they used light soy sauce instead of the black one. Overall, we will easily have preferred SG claypot rice from Broadway or the 3-sisters in Chinatown market. Just a matter of preference but fortunately we didn't have to join any queue for this like the others.
