Mala & Grill Fish Buffet Applicable to only on weekdays 11-5pm. 60 minutes buffet. Worth the price during non-peak hour of $16.80 for adult and $14.80 for student with a student card. The mala include prawn, smoked duck, beef, dory fish and grill fish which are some of the expensive things in a mala items.

Xun Wei🍲 Went to Xun Wei for dinner about two weeks ago and im pleasantly surprised! Food was pretty good, lots of selection with appetisers included, and came out to about $33.75/pax after GST!😇 If you're looking to pig out for a hearty hotpot meal, I defo reco this restaurant!!🤤 Overall ratings 8.5/10 hehe🤪

Premium Wagyu Buffet ($58.90++) Our go-to yakiniku place! We always opt for Tajimaya’s Premium Wagyu Buffet (from $58.90++). Price is slightly on the higher side if you’re just looking for a bbq place, but for other Jap bbq places, I think the price range is normal. The wagyu beef selection for the buffet is limited, but we always bulk order on the wagyu short ribs which is really tender and melts good while grilling on charcoal. The garlic rice is worth mentioning as well - really aromatic, savoury, and also consistently good throughout our visits.

Managed by @creativeeateries, Tajimaya Yakiniku is an experiential concept of grilling fresh meats over a charcoal grill and you can pair them with an extensive variety of Japanese sake, shochu and whisky. Recently, the restaurant has launched the @tajimaya.sg Omakase Set (Lunch $88/Dinner $128), an 8 to 10 course menu based on the chef’s daily selection and seasonal specialities that are air flown in from Japan. There is also a sake pairing of 3 glasses per pax from $24. Reservation of 3 days ahead for this omakase menu is required. Our Omakase Set started off with an amuse-bouche of a waffle cone with spicy miso salmon and ebiko before an appetiser, presented in a martini glass, containing a medley of ingredients such as ume jelly, shirataki, kaki fry and ikura was served. It was then followed with the Mushimono course of chawanmushi with cod fish, lobster meat, crab meat and ikura. The chef has created a good rhythm of courses with varying temperatures and after the chawanmushi, we were presented with a sashimi plate before a trio of sushi in which the Wagyu beef with wasabi shoyu zuke being my favoured one. The subsequent Yakimono course of A4 Miyazaki striploin showcased the restaurant’s quality beef cuts before ending the meal with the Osui Mono course of a hikari shinshu miso soup served with garlic fried rice. A good morning starts with a good dim sum. Crystal Jade has become one of my top dim sum restaurants in Singapore. This was taken during my first visit. I tried more food during a second visit l and everything was so yummy. I especially recommend the custard bao, the pork meatball porridge and the lo mai gai 👍🏻

Buffet Feeling absolutely stuffed after the Ban Heng Ala-Carte buffet. I'm practically glued to the seat, too full to move. We went for Buffet Menu A and it was a massive spread of delicious zi char delights. Some dishes, like the shark's fin soup with crabmeat and deep-fried 'Soon Hock' with superior soya sauce, were served just once. The rest were all-you-can-eat, but remember not to overorder! Among the many dishes we devoured, a few stood out: the deep-fried fish skin with salted egg yolk, steamed sea bass with superior soya sauce, poached local spinach with three types of egg, deep-fried beancurd with Thai sauce, braised pork belly served with steamed bun, and sautéed lala with sambal. Dessert was a spread of bubble tea, soya beancurd, gelato, osmanthus jelly, and cheesecake. You could claim one of each item only, though. As for drinks, they've got Chinese tea, Coca-Cola, Fanta Orange, Winter Melon tea, iced water, coffee, milk tea, and Milo. Overall, it was tastisfying. Japanese Charcoal BBQ This BBQ buffet offers a charcoal grill to cook all your meats and veggies which provides a really nice smoky flavour to the food. However we discovered that the meat cuts were not always consistent after ordering the same thing over many rounds. The beef short ribs for example, it’s like a roulette on what you’ll get; sometimes it’s super fatty, sometimes its super thick, sometimes it’s super thin. The enoki on the other hand was so good despite being a simple dish.

Rocku Yakiniku 3⭐ Bought 1 for 1 lunch buffet deal during Chope birthday sale, was unable to get the flash deal which is couple of bucks cheaper. The Chope lunch buffet deal is only valid from Mon to Wed. The food are mediocre, only the marinated teriyaki chicken, pork belly marinated with sesame soy and yuzu lemon are worth mentioning. The beef are slice so thin that it keep sticking to the mesh grill and the BBQ beef are tough. Ordering is via tablet and quite a number of item which we have placed order are not served. The buffet time is limit to 90min per table and the tablet will automatically reject order after 55min. MALA goodness MALA steamboat, $40-$50 (Depending on the amount of people sharing a pot!) They serve one of the BEST lamb satay ever and what more it is FREE FLOW?!!?!?! Mala soup best was SO GOOD and we only ordered the 小辣 (Little spicy) but it was already SO SPICY. The fried mantou w condense milk was damn good as well! And plenty of different ingredient choices like SCALLOP.

Seoul Garden Eat-All-You-Can Sgd 24++ (Lunch) My friends and I decided to have a buffet meal to celebrate since it was so long time ago that we're together again, complete in one table! 👭👭 We were so excited and so as planned, enjoy and eat till you can hahaha 😋. Seoul Garden offers grill and steamboat type of buffet. The variety of food was few compare to other buffet restaurants that I've tried and I don't know if it was really like this since it was my first time. I expect more beef meats but it what was offered was more on chicken meats of different marinate (garlic, satay, etc.) Choices of gunkan's and maki's was a bit 🍣 I'm looking for tempura but they don't have 🤔. My two friends tried their shrimp pasta but they say it was bland. For our steamboat soup we chose thai tom yam and chicken soup. Seafood selection was few also I don't know maybe the branch in tampines was that small? I think the best part only was their dessert especially the chocolate mango cake👍. They also had chendol which you will make your own, cheesecake, matcha flavor, etc. Maybe we will try a different branch of Seoul Garden to see if there's a difference on variety of food. Overall we just enjoy cooking, eating, laughing and the best was happiness that were complete this day! 😍 Recommendation: 🍴
