Yes. Your eyes do NOT deceive you. That is a whole Cornish hen sitting so elegantly at my plate. and I finished it all.. I was that hungry! The Cornish hen was crispy and well cooked. A little seasoning on the crust would blow my mind if it had some. But the meat was good and i dipped it with the sweet dipping sauce. The hen was stuffed with a kind of meatball from the Thai BBQ, so THAT was mindblowing! Down eat bite with a mouthful of shrimp fried rice and a thai ice tea on the side, and you are in heaven!
