The best "airport meal" I had - a takeaway from Siem Reap Food Co-op. The savory pulled pork with sweet caramelized onion and bell pepper. It might looked dry on the outside but the juices were all trapped inside. Even now I am drooling while writing this post.

Customized order. Seeing many leftover products from their stall, I asked if the chef can create a dish out of those leftovers. So the chef cut up some tomato, bell peppers and pulled pork, and cooked them in pork stock. The topping up with a raw egg was like the cherry on the cake. Acidity from the tomato, savoriness from pulled pork and creaminess from egg created the balance. So comforting.

Oyster mushroom, red pepper and spring onions wrapped in this silky organic egg. Just a pinch of salt and pepper totally expressed depth of these natural ingredients.

Just located two streets away from my hotel in Siem Reap. Originally it was not my intent of visiting this place as it was only selling local and organic ingredients. During my last day in Siem reap, they just hired a chef from French and started their first weekend brunch menu. .

Because they cooked with their daily fresh ingredients, their menu won't be fixed. One of the chef speciality would be his frittata. Creamy spinach filling served in buttery tart skin. By far, this was the best Frittata I had. Sitting in their garden while enjoying this delicious brunch menu. .
