Anything chocolatey is good. This needed to not stick to the ramekin though. Butter more, perhaps?

The cod (thank God not Dory) was slightly overcooked for my taste, and the batter on the heavier side. The truffle mayo though is amazing.

This comes with a bonus of squash. Hehehe.

Spicy and hot is the way to go.
