A different kind of Bicol express. Where are the chilis?

The coconut cream sauce was great. What I missed though was the actual shell. This is was already shelled for you.

Enjoyable crispy skin. Perfect with ensaladang talong side.

French style cheesecake with a fresh mango crown.

Warm and fuzzy. Too much milk for my taste.

One of the best crispy kangkong dishes I've tasted. The leaves were not damp, not crushed, the batter was not oily. Yummy.

Though I did like the crispy tadyang concept with lettuce wraps, some of the beef was overfried: some parts were going bitter.
