At first glance, I thought it was similar to our arroz caldo (my absolute comfort food), so I took notice. Upon closer inspection though, I found out about the herbs and the type of chicken used in this dish. Thus, my fascination. It may take some time before I can visit Korea, so I decided to have Samgyetang at Woodnymph in Baguio. It's as authentic as Samgyetang can get here in the #Philippines.
