Yummehz.. Durian flavoured, Gula Melaka and ice shavings with red beans and chendol strings
Customised cocktails and drinks. I asked for a coffee tasting drink on the rocks. Ended up with Amaretto, Coffee Liquor and Dark Rum with a squeeze of orange. Yummilicious and nice environment
Walked into a Masterchef mobile van. Absolutely a stunner for A$12
Did a farewell dinner for colleagues. And was introduced to 4 items. DB burger (sirlion and foiegras) duck confit, roast pork and the seafood platter. All 3 are worth the price and the tastebuds are celebrating. $$
Suggested by a fellow korean-food fan. Bbq meats are expensive and cuts are poor as compared to the price. However, go for their other dishes. The kimchi pancake was fabulous.
Nope. Not Yung Kee. That's overpriced. Head down to Sham Tseng a.k.a Roast Goose town. Big names are Chan Kee and Yue Kee. Yue Kee is my preferred choice.
It is a seafood sharksfin restaurant, but the star is the Char Siew which keeps regulars coming back for more. Served warm, the charsiew is malt glistened on the surface and tender inside. Ask for the fatty cuts if you are a fan and you will be able to experience "melt-in-your-mouth" Char Siew
Crackling crispy roast pork, take a break from the casinos and head to Hak Sa for this treat and other delights here. Warning. Lunch crowd is terrible
Definately a must-try. Springy noodles, clear broth, extremely fresh shrimp wantons. All hidden below the noodles in this picture. (Hint: You can buy frozen shrimp wantons from them)
Found this image taken at their Kwong Wa outlet before it closed. Nothing comes close
Marbled beef and more marbled beef. If you are a big fan and need variety, you have it all here. Japanese Waygu, Angus and the works. Price highly correlated with quality of food you choose
Traditional local Singaporean styled western food? Look no further.
