AFTERWIT, a new cafe sibling of Working Title just opened its doors today in the neighborhood of Kampong Glam at 778 North Bridge Road. Serving a light menu of gourmet salads & wraps, snacks, pizzas, all day brunch and desserts using ingredients that are halal certified.

What aroused my curiosity was their periodic table menu, featuring a tabular arrangement of beverages organized in the basis of name and symbol. We took the first dip into Park Palace's uniquely Singaporean dumplings featuring well-loved Singapore dishes like the Chicken Rice, Chilli Crab and Bak Kut Teh.

Featuring firstly, the favorite Hainanese Chicken Rice dumpling ($8.80) which gone through multiple R&Ds to perfect that heady fragrance of chicken rice and filled with tender steamed chicken thigh meat to be paired with Park Palace's house-made chili sauce and garlic with chives.

These innovative dumping creations will be available next week from 18 May to 20 June 2015 along with the traditional HK style Guo Zheng Zhong Dumpling for both dine-in and pre-order takeaways.
