There are black oil smears on the plate, evident of the WOKHEI and char filled smoky aroma from this simple looking bee hoon dish.
Find egg spots, prawns, lean pork across the noodle once you just lift and disperse it 😋 AMAZING.

Judging from the skin, how dry and thin it all became, my dinner mate very apathetically shared it could well be heated up with the microwave......
Smelt is amazing! But. Overall texture and flavour is not amazing.
You can’t miss the wok hei in this.
Nicely spicy and seasoned too! Even if I can’t quite get where this lightly grassy smell is coming from. Even with all the spice and aroma of the sambal. 🤔

I am amazed. This. RM95 with substantial pincers to show for.
You see, most places have overly sweet tomato, peanutty and eggy chilli crab sauce. That’s why I was a little hesitant to get this.
But after trying this, I WOULD REGRET not having it. Savoury, Spicy, nicely balanced with some sweet. This sauce had kick 🤸🏽♂️

We changed it up to an XXL just 2mins submitting our order haha. Ravenous + the hype contributed to this impulse.
But no regrets mostly! Nothing like fresh dough and hand kneaded things of pizza and pastas. (Pizza in this case)
The porcini mushroom is insanely fragrant. It first smushes in your mouth and then releases this earthy scent that circles so distinctly in your mouth before lingering on and on. !!! 😱👏🏻👏🏻
While the ham and who doesn’t like a smiley sunny side up in your pizza to greet. This tasted decent. Nothing too memorable.
We have to say though, right in the middle, we found some pretty soft and soggy patches to my baker friend’s experience is undercooked. Hmmmm
That said, we polished it all up 💪🏼 well aside from 4 squares. Hha
8.5/10 for mushroom (would be clear 9 or 9.5 if there were more mushrooms)

Thick but such great mouthfeel. Doesn’t leave your mouth coated besides the pure scent of it all. It’s pricey and sorta almost feels like foods you can make at home but altogether so comforting!

Ordered their daily Kaisendon Set with small cubes of Tuna, Salmon, Tobiko, 3 fresh crab leg meat, a sliver of UNI even!!
Okay, I was not impressed with the teensy cubes but for $16.80 and finding that little uni, well, it makes me very happy.
Love the level of customisation I can get with the house sweet soy sauce or spicy soy :)
Enjoyed the fresh mizuna greens too but would really rather go for dons with larger chunks of fish 😋 more shiok!

Bordering huge.
The laksa leaves shone in that blanket of creamy scrumptious salted egg coat.
Perhaps an all round hands down winner if the prawn shells were crisped to be eaten along with the sauce too rather than its current hardy cut that couldn’t go down our precious gullets.
You know, you don’t wanna waste that sauce ain’t it?
Believing this was $12? for the small portion

For $5+, this is great for a try-once but don’t think I’ll be coming back?
Sure packed a punch in the cheesy flavours alright, although not as elevated as I’d like to think of those fluffy refined palate from Jap cheesecakes. This cheese ice cream was actually pretty pungent.
If I were to use a pyramid to describe, the top was the usual light sweet milky scents reminiscent of that which you can find in our Macs Soft Serve but the base of the flavour was this strong, savoury cream cheese.
Tasted pretty much like what you get out of cheese curds— condensed raw cheesy pungent flavour. I could almost taste a bitter out of this intensity.

That’s $4.70 + $1 for my Thyme-infused waffle cone. (Pricey route for all things artisanal 💁🏻♀️)
The cone in itself is ABSOLUTELY DELECTABLE. Delicately chips off yet structurally integrous to hold the iced cream.
Thought thyme was a nice touch but the plain cone tastes great on its own + I found it so fragrant a clash to the basil in my choice of flavour.
Love the zesty fresh sweet strawberry flavours though! 🍓
