I was quite blown-away by the richness of the matcha served. Matcha tasted really natural and a hint of sweetness. Topped with mochi, cornflakes and red bean. Red bean was too sweet IMO which overpowers the entire dessert.

Finally know the "standard" of their local 热炒. Not too shabby, dishes turned out slightly above average.
Shoutout to salted egg oyster mushroom and fried oysters! Salted egg wasn't a paste but real minced salted egg yolk stir fried with minced garlic! Oyster tasted light and majority of them were really plump and juicy!
Thumbs down to Crab egg tofu and Kyoto ribs. The egg tofu was Super bland, almost no taste while Kyoto ribs tasted just like normal 排骨王 but increased toughness. But I must admit, for a SGD$5 per plate, the portion is really huge.

Anyways, ordered this side to share. Really surprised by how good this dish was! Crispy crust encasing ingredients such as eggs and a thick thick layer of cheese! Yums! Burger bun looks huge but turn turned out to be manageable, soft fluffy and slightly crispy on the surface which I believe it was toasted before being served. Similar sauce is used here. This burger has no lettuce or any fillers, but a layer of mozzarella cheese encased between the patties. Cheese pull ! 🧀

Covered over the thick layer of mozzarella comprises of chicken cubes, toppoki, sliced luncheon and onions, stir fried with the Korean Chili paste. This dish is much more worth the price tag with the large variety of ingredients. Chicken was juicy and Super tender and the Chili paste cuts through the jelat(ness) of the cheese.

This dish differs from the signature dish by the additional sauce soy sauce which tasted light. They added crushed breadcrumbs (I think) on the surface before sending it for high heat baking which makes it Super crispy! Couldn't helped it but to consume the skin! Wanted to order the bone-in edition but apparently they were only left with the boneless chicken.

Using premium ingredients such as sea urchin, Ikura, etc. , this bowl is as fresh as it can get. Apparently, this store (3rd outlet) is Known for donburi. Sea urchin tasted really fresh and sweet, not watery at all. Really love the aburi Sashimi (forgot what fish) which tasted rich and creamy. This rice bowl comes along with miso soup and Ikura chawamushi that is packed with ingredients like mushrooms, chicken, etc.
