Although there are no broth beneath, each mandu encompasses scrumptious amount of meatball. The best part was that there weren’t any gamey taste.

Taste wise was just decent, along with the red sauce that turned out to be sweet. There were also fried rice cakes and tater tots added into the cup, topping it off with mustard sauce.

This takeout store can easily be found in the area of Nokbeon. Coffee tasted rich and refreshing, perfect for a sunny afternoon. Just take my money 💴 😂

Simply exchange 5,000won for 10 tokens which can be spent in the alley. Dishes typically cost 2 tokens. Taste wise, they weren’t spectacular but not too shabby either. On a side note, I finally tried blood sausage and it was good! The beef patty was totally a scam, it turned out to be a potato patty mixed with traces of minced beef.

Includes one kimchi pancake and cream cheese salad. Kimchi pancake has a nice crisp on the edges and was not oily. The highlight was the thick, creamy cuts of salmon. Noticed that the ‘refill’ of salmon was of smaller and less fatty cuts.

Everything here looks so good and so tempting. Bagel came with a dashing of black sesame which added fragrance: A perfect lite meal to kickstart the day. Just wanna sit inside the store and watch the day goes by.

Mac n cheese was cheesy yet not jelat. Among these four, I vote for the Hamburg which is similar to Juicy Lucy without the buns! There’s cheese hidden beneath the Hamburg patty! Everything came up to 36,600 won, NETT. 😍

The salmon came in thick slabs marinated in tomyum seasoning which wasn’t overly spicy nor sour. Along with an egg and the greens, it’s a nutritious meal that doesn’t burn your pocket! However, the salmon that I received wasn’t evenly marinated leaving some parts being overly salty, otherwise it’s all good!

Fuji ($14.90) - Spaghetti Bolognese that comes along with eggs and bacon. Spaghetti was al dente and there was ample amount of meat sauce. The only letdown was that the bacon weren’t crispy but on the whole, it was a pretty good and filling main.

Located in Food Republic opposite SMU, Chirashi-Tei offers a wide array of Japanese dishes at a Super affordable price. I ordered the chirashi bowl and upsized the sashimi at only $2 and was served with a heaping mountain of diced sashimi. This is as satisfying as it gets.

A thick slab of unagi served with a great char and a slight crisp at the edges of its flesh. There was hardly any bones and it tasted really fresh, without any fishy taste.

The ‘pungent’ taste wasn’t there and the ingredients went so well that it tasted like a custard. This is a must-get here.
Spicy Salmon Belly ($5.90) - This turns out to be a lackluster. It was simply uneven slices of salmon sashimi in a spicy marinate. I’m unsure if it was even salmon belly that was being served.
