Broth wasn’t too garlicky which is suitable even for the kids. High quality pork loin was well marinated before simmering and the end product is really flavourful! Nice proportion of fat to lean ratio and the noodles had a really good bite!

Seasonal special, Passion Fruit, has a nice balance between sweet and sourness. Refreshing dessert. Look at the amount of cookie sauce. 😍

Broth was light, along with the spicy minced meat, forming a well-bodied soup which I gobbled cleaned! Ramen had a good bite and the charsiew had a good fat-to-meat ratio. Oh, and there’s the free flow hard boiled eggs too!

Pasta wasn’t al dente, but was slightly overcooked. The sauce had a water-like consistency and it’s not creamy enough. Probably the Chef wasn’t in the zone since it’s towards the closing time.

6 juicy escargots encased in the bubbling pot of garlic mix. Oomph... The only rant would be that it’s slightly on the oily side.

Crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, these russet potatoes were really cooked on-the-point! Moreover, the entire thing wasn’t greasy at all! Thanks @burpple @thekatoshka for the invite! On a side note, enjoy your reunion dinner everyone!

Chirashi comprises or salmon, tuna, tobiko, tamago, cherry tomato, sprouts and lotus root. A good mix of texture and crunch, but personally find it weird to have lotus root in a chirashi. Interesting sauce that has a distinct taste of alcohol but went really well with the rice! Sashimi were really fresh and the portion was decent. Hefty amount of tobiko though! Meal includes miso soup and prices are nett.
