My favorite cheese with egg Japanese fried noodles :) With the cheese, mayo and special sauce...everything was yumz!
Ordered the spicy black sauce Wanton Mee. The fried wantons were crispy and appetizing. Dip them in the sweet chilli sauce...yumz! What really stood up was the dumpling soup. The dumpling was so plump and was filled with prawn and minced meat.
Love the ambience for this small and cozy cafe. Ordered waffles with lychee rose, mao shan wang and salted caramel ice cream. The waffles were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. One of the best waffles I ever had :)
Dry Roast Sotong ($13) - Loved how the squid was marinated, the flavors were really good. The texture of squid was chewy but not too hard, and it had a smokey flavor to it. A really great dish! Dinosaur Pork Ribs ($16) - These huge sized ribs were coated with sticky yummy sauce. Loved the fatty parts of meat that just melted in my mouth. Hokkien Mee ($10) - The broad yellow noodles and thick beehoon absorbed the rich stock and became slightly gooey. The dish had squids, prawns, bean sprouts, fishcakes and pork lards in it. Excellent wok hei and the gravy really held the dish together.
Their soft serves are incredibly milky. Ordered Hokkaido milk which is served with their signature cat tongue butter cookie and your own choice of toppings.
The dishes are tasty and reasonably priced. Must order the fried mee sua and prawn paste chicken!
Ordered brunch from 23 Jumpin using the Deliveroo app, the food sure did not disappoint! Jumpinโs Ultimate Breakfast ($14.90) - Loved the candied bacon and succulent bratwurst sausage. The scrambled eggs could be creamier tho. Honey Paprika Wings ($8) - Half-cut wings drizzled with honey. These wings tasted so good and tasted different from the other cafe's. There's something really special with the honey used, definitely the best I have tasted. Must order! Mentaiko Cream Pasta with Smoked Salmon ($13.90) - . The amount of mentaiko and pasta was perfectly even, every mouthful is just purely satisfying with the mentaiko bursting in my mouth. The smoked salmon was great too but I wish more portion was given. Everything blended so well together and this was such a great dish. Would definitely visit the cafe one day and try the other dishes!
There are different varieties of Soya Beancurd such as Honeydew Soya Beancurd or Soya Beancurd with Pearls.
So pretty to look at and so nice to eat. The cakes are so fluffy and soft!
Drunkard Noodle Pork ($7.90)
So plain looking, yet so full of flavors. The minced pork and crunchy long beans is stir-fried with broad flat, springy rice noodles. Its spiciness did not hit immediately but lingered on the tongue before bursting into fiery thrills. #BurppleMajulahMakan
Fish schnitzel ($7) - Pretty decent western food. Love the sauce for the mashed potato.
