This place has really decent food for the price point . It’s a fine dining concept so pricier than your usual JB expected price but for the quality and service it’s great n still so much more value than SG . Bonus , they have a 3rd floor above the restaurant where for 2000ringgit consumable charge , u can book out the private area which includes a spacious private dining area and another room for KTV !
Firstly , the entire Eco Botanic area in JB is brimming full of chic cafe & restos , making it such a nice upmarket area to walk around.
We decided to try this fish soup place and it rocks ! U get to choose your soup base , fish type and carb type .
We ordered Pumpkin , Shao Xiang Wine , Tomatoe & Mala . All 4 were really tasty but all agreed the Pumpkin and Shao Xiang Wine were the clear winners . Simply delicious soups. Highly recommend this
When u order corn fritters with poached eggs and you are blessed with not 1 , not 2 , not even 3 but FIVE dips and a piece of halloumi on top to seal the deal , your breakfast has made ur day . Such a wonderful spacious resto with good food & great friendly staff
Ambience at Claudine is fantastic .
This is South Indian like u will not find anywhere else except in some super legendary grandma’s kitchen . Banana Curry and Yam Curry ? Exotic but but omg both were great . Their tomatoe & coconut chutneys were super as well . Elevated Brekkie and healthy too .
Seafood done right!! Everything we ordered was just Every dish was a careful balance of Asian fusion flavours and was delicious . If ure a seafood lover like me that digs fish skin , this is a great place for dinner .
For the price point , it’s very underwhelming and I’m not sure why there are other reviews raving about this dish. Honestly , I can DIY pork ribs and fry with bee Hoon at home and i think mine wld taste nicer . This one is super salty .
The crab yellow curry with ferns was incredibly delicious , and went well with the rice cooked in coconut water which has a fragrant sweetness
