Fu Xiang Signatures, best known for its Award Winning Curry Chicken is keeping traditions & heritage through it's range of home-style dishes 🏠

The chicken curry, without a doubt tasted amazing. It's rich, creamy & just the right level of spiciness 🐔

The fish curry, is not those assam kind. Though the usual sourness is absent, it still tasted super shiok 🐟

My fav, the spicy sambal crispy pork, is rly to die for. The dried shrimps spicy sambal makes it sooo fragrant. I will gladly finish 1 whole plate by myself 🐷

Other dishes like cream sauce chicken, chicken biscuit curry are available as well 😊

Exclusive at Jewel only - Faai Di Prawn Noodle, uses a base made of their signature fish soup & prawns. It looks milky but no milk is added at all 🍼

The soup is flavourful with a unique mix of fish & prawn flavour. Personally, I wld prefer it if the prawn flavour can be even stronger 🍜

Other sides such as prawn paste chicken are available as well. Super love the sambal kang kong. Spicy & fragrant. Shiok! 🌶

Had their Dong Ding Oolong & can I just say #loveyou3000 ❤

The Oolong tea taste is super strong & very prominent in the fresh milk. For a 100% sugar level, it is rly not tt sweet. It tasted like a 30% from other bubble tea store 👍

Tried the Summer French Toast @thuscoffee. The brioche looks fluffy but is pretty stale 🍞

Topped with berry compote & greek yogurt, the combined sourness rly does not help the poor toast 🍓

The dish looks pretty, but I think tt taste sld be the priority. What do you think? 🤷‍♂️

The flavour is not as strong as pork xlb, but it comes in interesting flavours like salted egg yolk, chilli crab, black pepper crab, teochew herb & spices and laksa.

2. Korean Fried Chicken Platter 🐣
A chicken platter filled with chicken, fries and comes with a pot of cheese. What's not to love?

3. Red Bean Pancake 🌱
The red bean is smooth & not super sweet while the many sesame seeds add a super nice crunch & fragrant to it. Super love.

Coconut-flavoured chicken thigh coated in cornflake crust, fried egg, cucumber & caramelised onions - kiap btn 2 soft buns 🍔

The chicken thigh is still as tender & juicy as before, but wld prefer the coconut flavour to be stronger. The chilli is nice but will be good if it can be spicier 🌶
