Highlight of the evening - roasted hamhock (pork knuckle) served with potato dumpling. The dumpling was really starchy and not to our liking. But we all loved the moist and tender flesh of the pork knuckle and its crisp and crunchy skin!!

Carrot-Orange by a chef from RWS. My pick of the night: vanilla panna cotta wrapped in carrot jelly on an orange terrine, with carrot coulis and carrot foam. 'S-Hertogenbosch city. Desserts are relatively cheaper here! We had 3 scoops of vanilla, macadamia and hazelnut ice cream with lotsa caramel and nuts!! Super good!!!
