A total 5/5! Today's beans were from Colombia. The delicious crema enveloped by the well frothed creamy milk certainly left my caffeine taste buds all tingly with satisfaction! Service was very cheery. The place is beautiful and esthetically pleasing. Entering the cafe you will be greeted by the irresistable aroma of freshly ground and brewed coffee. That certainly contributed to the fabulous ambience as well. Hidden in the nook and cranny of quite an aged HDB estate, this coffee place is a jewel IMO! The price is fantastic as well 😁

Mei guei mei guei wo ai ni...rose rose I love u! Wow! I totally heart this Rose Latte. With a delightful hint of rose coupled with the wonderful taste and aroma of coffee, this is one match in latte-land!

This is newly opened, a couple months back. When I arrived at 9am, there was already a tantalising display of food available. Place is adequately airconditioned and clean. The mee siam was very legit! Delicious just with the right punch of spicy- sweet and sour! Place accepts cash only. Slurrrrrping goodness! Tip: Don't wear white unless you want red dots on your shirt.

This newly opened take out tea place has taken over AGantea. At $5.40 and the super large size I guess it's worth it. It was refreshing and slightly bittersweet plus there were 2 slices of grapefruit in it.

One word to describe: Yummy! It was almost like dessert, thanks to the frothed milk. The hint of spices was just right too IMO. 5/5!

Taco was served freshly made and it was quite good. Its piquant salsa sauce with a dollop of smashed avocado was also very delicious. Service was good too. The only downside was the wait. Be prepared to wait! There were 4 other diners and I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my order to finally make its appearance 🤣

Wow! Talk about not eating junk. I felt so satiated after finishing this whole plate. I doubt I'm having lunch today. The scrambled eggs were very creamy and jiggly, just like how it should be. The edamame beans were doused with truffle oil. The shiitake mushrooms were flavourful and juicy. Waffles were not the crispy type, but still, it made the cut. The sauce was also delectable - tangy and salty. Overall worth the calories and paying $12.79 (GST included).

In the midst of all the dust and busy construction going on, this coffee joint exists in Maxwell Food Centre. At very affordable prices for Specialty Coffee and Chai Lattes, coupled with a cheery Barista, I would go back to get my caffeine fix anytime (with a mask this time - the air pollution here is indescribable - ashmatics be warned!) Pictured is the very smooth, luscious and delicious latte (beans from Panama). A 5/5!

This is an Ethiopian pourover and its flowery and slightly sourish notes went really well with my waffles and ice cream! I don't usually drink coffee without any milk in it but this was certainly an exception. And I'd be more willing to pay $6.50 anytime to have this coffee rather than have coffee from the big names!

This latest outlet is situated quite in an "ulu" corner of Tiong Bahru. The ambience was nice and it was pretty empty when I came on a weekday afternoon. The waffles were delicious and IMO, unless you are very hungry, it can be quite a feat to finish it by yourself. The ice cream was so rich and decadent, a little would go a long way! So, halfway through it, I already felt "jelak". This cost $9.30 as a set. The plain waffles was $6. Place accepts NETs and Grabpay besides cash of course 😁

Help! I think I need a restraining order against waffles 🤣 Yes..I love them so much I can have them in their savory or sweet glory. Pictured here is Chicken and Waffles ($13.80). Verdict: Satisfaction guaranteed! Mashed potatos was a wonderful texture and buttery. Chicken was crunchylicious. Waffles were on point. Pro tip: For a less guilt ridden meal: I requested to not have the fries and switched it to mashed potatoes instead and I even brought my own kimchi sauerkraut 😂 oh the background was Fish and Chips for my Mom.

Ah...Swensen's. A well known brand and longtime family favourite. They dish out waffles in this branch. My verdict: gelato was a tad too sweet and the waffles were slightly on the salty side but nevertheless it tasted good. Good for sharing IMO! $10.80 not including GST and service charge.
