4.5⭐ Impromptu visit after we walked from home to Chestnut Nature Park & Diary Farm then to HillV2. My colleague recommended this Italian restaurant. We didn't make a reservation, it was a full house and we were lucky to get a kitchen table immediately. It's an experience sitting at the kitchen table as we could watch the chefs in action.
We starts with the Schiacciata which tasted like Focaccia, my favourite bread. This is a must order dish, the bread is crisp and filled with mushroom and cheese. We ordered a pasta and a main dish for sharing. The lasagna is one of the best I ate and the sauce is not so thick and cheesy to the extent which makes us cloy. The pork chop is grilled to perfection, it would be better if it's not so thick. We ended the meal with the pistachio tiramisu, there's a layer of pistachio paste which makes the tiramisu very unique.

The Arroz is similar to paella and we loves the flavourful rice. The Sopa De Tortilla is a chicken stew dish but it's not spicy. There are crispy tortilla added which is akin to eating cracker. As for the Mejillon Negra which is mussel cooked with white wine, we should have added on baguette for dipping the broth. The Feijoada which is the pork stew is our least favourite bcos the taste is unfamiliar. I prefer the sausage to the pork in the stew, sadly there are only few pieces in the stew. We loves the garlic fried rice, it's so fragrant that I don't mind just eating it alone.

3.5⭐ Catch-up with the ladies over hightea session. Saw on Chope there's a 1 for 1 promotion. The hightea is only available from Mon - Fri and Sun and is limited to 2 hrs. Each diner can order 2 drinks, tea is served in a pot and is not refillable. The lobster shooter is quite special as it's like drinking lobster bisque soup. We like the quiche and the pie from the savoury items. The macaron is surprisingly less sweet than the mini fruit tarlet. Well we feel that the high tea is not worth paying for the original price, just that the ambience makes up it.
