Just enough of sweetness and sourness. Creation by young chef Rachel Chong. The tart base tasted like cookies. Yummy.

Call it calamari or salt pepper squid, it’s yummy. The squid within is fresh, crunchy with the right amount of crisp on the outside. One serving is not enough.

Originates from Hong Kong, this item at the newly opened Tsui Wah at Clarke Quay must be eaten hot. It’s crispy with the right sweetness.

A clay pot of $25 suffice for 2 adults.
Do be prepared to wait even at non-peak. At least 45 mins. Kitchen process needs refinement. Else, dish is good.

Tasted almost better than a real Peking duck. Using bean curd skin, fried to the right crisp! The wrap was thinly made, wrapped with these within, the taste buds were tested.

It’s the first time that I chanced upon “sesame” Naan. Ordered it and was pleasantly surprised that it was a simple freshly made Naan with a generous serving of toasted sesame seeds. Fragrant and delicious.

Best!
This dish is an all time favourite in this restaurant besides the fish head curry. Meat is tender, and the chilli is to die for. Right amount of spiciness, the marinate and herbs!
