The coconut panna cotta was really fragrant and creamy. Texture was smooth and silky too. Served together with pulut hitam (black glutinous rice) and coconut shavings, a perfect match.

⁣⁣ ⁣⁣✅Pandan Chiffon Green ($8.50++)
A green tea blend flavoured with pandan, cinnamon and osmanthus. This tea will indeed remind you of the classic pandan chiffon cake. Absolutely love the pandan fragrance! ⁣⁣

✅Peranakan Longan Red Date ($6.50++)

Mixed vegetables, bean curd skin and mushrooms braised in prawn bisque. However, the prawn bisque is not rich enough in my opinion so it tasted pretty normal to me.

⁣This dish is basically pan-fried barramundi fish fillets in a spicy and sour assam gravy. Taste wise is okay but then again, it did not wow me in any way. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Prawns tossed in a sweet and spicy sambal sauce. The sambal is not too strong and not very spicy either. Overall taste is okay but nothing to wow about.

⁣⁣This dish was probably one of the better dish of the night. The savoury bean paste stew that the pork belly was braised in goes really well with rice and the pork belly was pretty tender too. Not too bad!

Served hot and crispy but tasted very normal. The disappointing portion of 5 pieces is not very worth its price in my opinion.

To be honest, I enjoyed the desserts more than the main dishes. Swipe ⬅️ to see the individual shots!

✅ Sticky Red Date Pudding ($9.90++)
Red date pudding served with vanilla bean ice cream, soaked in a longan tea glaze. This dessert is on the sweeter side so I would recommend sharing but it is a delicious dessert nonetheless.
⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
✅ Gingerflower & Lychee Sorbet ($10.90++)
My favourite dessert out of the three! A refreshing palate cleanser after all the savoury dishes. The fragrance and sweetness of the lychee spreads through your mouth first and ends off with a hint of ginger and ginger bits within the sorbet. A unique flavour indeed! The sorbet was also topped with roasted peanut crumble and lime jelly to introduce more flavours and textures to the dessert.

This tea will indeed remind you of the classic pandan chiffon cake. Absolutely love the pandan fragrance! ⁣⁣
