Got spontaneous idea when I look at my fridge. So I make this Lettuce Wraps with Avocado, Corn, Tomatoes, Sweet Soy Marinated Chicken and Gochujang Sauce.
Made the sauce with gochujang, mirin, cooking sake, bit mayo, sesame oil. Fusion between Korean and Mexican ? Why not ! 😆😆
from SOLO. Made with Cendol ( Green Colored Rice Flour Jelly ), Bubur Sumsum ( literally means bone-marrow porridge, but actually it's Rice Flour cooked with coconut milk ), Tape Ketan Hitam & Putih ( Fermented Black& White Sticky Rice ), Selasih ( Basil Seeds ) and Coconut Milk.
Mixed flavor of sweet, sour and savory ! Yum! 😆
