Flown in straight from Japan. Oysters were fresh and creamy. There was slight sweetness to it but slightly on the pricey side.
Bone marrow served with freshly toasted bread. This was extremely rich and I felt it was a little jelat. Bread was definitely needed to cut through the richness.
Pan seared foie gras served with lychee and mango purée. Everything complemented well and foie gras was so rich.
Mild spicy. Cooked with briny clams, white wine and fragrant garlic, this will have you dreaming of the seaside.
Back then when I ate, it was very good however I think they have changed their noodles as it’s a bit starchy now. However the broth was flavourful and seafood portion was generous.
Fresh prawns, garlic, chilli, olive oil
Pasta was alright but had a little flour taste to it. Prawns were fresh. Found that it was a bit too oily compared to aglio olio pasta. Might not be too eager to come back.
Fish was fresh but felt that this was definitely not filling and price is slightly steep.
The tartar sauce was good and went really well with the fish.

Totally blew away by this dish. The cream gravy was well seasoned and slightly sweet. Seafood was fresh and the sourdough went really well with the gravy.
6-hr Smoked Chipotle Pulled Pork, Smashed Avocado, Poached Egg, Sourdough, Hollandaise Sauce.
Pulled pork was great, flavourful and tender. Although individually the dish was great but generally the whole dish did not come well together.
English muffin, handmade crab cake, poached egg, miso hollandaise, furikake
I enjoyed the crab cake and was shocked to find pieces of crab meat in it however I find that it was over fried as the batter was too hard and dry. The poached egg was well done as it was still runny.
Roasted cauliflower, harissa, hummus, pickles pomegranate
A very interesting dish that surprisingly mixes really well together. Cauliflower was soft and not too dry, and the hummus complemented well.
