Mango, scallion, crispy rice. Refreshing maki with extremely fresh sashimi that was well marinated in their sauce.
Japanese rice, truffle paste, mushrooms, vegetables. Japanese rice was not too soft and had a good bite to it. Was surprised how well this plate of fried rice was as every grain was filled with the truffle paste.
Enjoyed the chawanmushi filled with so many ingredients and the egg was so smooth! Would order this again

Upon first bite the crispness of the rice was so fragrant infused with truffle oil and chicken was so tender. Would order this again.
The noodles were nicely tossed this time round with its melt in the mouth pork belly. The ngoh hiang is extremely flavourful but felt that it was a little too salty today.

Remembered eating this a year back and it wasn’t as good as what people raved about. Decided to give this another chance and I didn’t regret.
